This organization was formed as a support group to promote the Carson House and barn. The group also organizes and facilitates fundraising activities.

The Carson House Board of Directors and the Carson House Partners, two groups representing the society, meet independently on a monthly basis to plan events, discuss ongoing needs and facilitate the operations of the historic property (leading tours and assisting with educational programs.)

A membership campaign is conducted each year to renew memberships and recruit new members. A reception is held for the members each year in December.
