After a 42-year, rewarding career as an educator and resource teacher for special education, Bebe discovered her natural talents creating quality pottery. These creations include traditional pottery forms, unique customized works, and the whimsical. Bebe is honored to support the Carson House and provide customized Carson House, historical and regional pottery creations.

David Womick
Carson House Artist In Residence
A McDowell County Native, and retired business executive, David has returned to his real passion: Creating innovative, original art forms with a unique style. His works utilize classic and a wide variety of mediums and proprietary paint blends.
Known for his support of charities and local projects, a substantial portion of the proceeds from his sales support these causes. His creations, known as Earth Art, are featured in several North Carolina galleries. However, his commissioned, personalized creations are his favorite to create.
David is honored and excited to contribute, and support the new challenges presented by the Carson House renovations and expansions and its bright future.
